Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed schedule stated within your service agreement or invoice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the successful planning of their event. Elegant Affairs Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from misinformation or lack of communication.

Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the client, deposits and any costs incurred for confirmed bookings, third-party vendors, or services rendered are non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
